He is a Co-Founder and Director of O&B Foods, an indigenous African food processing company popularly known for its signature product, O&B beef jerky (Kilishi). He is also a Director at Veritas Vision Social Initiative, a social enterprise that engages in distribution of affordable innovative products and services across all sectors of the society: Healthcare, Energy, Water, Agriculture, Education and Shelter to impoverished communities.
He started his career as a Systems Architect at Xsens Technologies re-innovating 3D motion tracking technology products then worked as a researcher at University of Twente in the Netherlands focused on the design of enabling technologies and methods for applications of smart sensor systems and wearable devices. Also, he consulted for GE Healthcare as part of a team responsible for the development of the go-to market and customer acquisition strategy for its Vscan product with a pilot in rural Kenya and on a telemedicine project for Empower Energy Group USA in rural India.
Osazuwa holds a Bsc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands and a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco, USA. He also took extensive courses in Economics at Harvard University, Boston, USA.
He is also a Leadership Council Member of the Clinton Foundation’s 20/30 group made up of future leaders in their 20’s and 30’s with a passion for collective impact to build a better world by, for and in 2030.

André started his entrepreneurial career as a fully professionally trained chef starting a party and catering company that he sold after growing this successfully. Thereafter, André held different positions in different companies in sales and marketing and as an Interim Manager. In 1999, he joined Budelpack, one of the largest contract packaging companies in Europe to help them sell their redundant packaging equipments. After 2 years, he founded Global Filling BV, a Dutch company operating globally in sales of various food products and organizing contract packaging of various products. He is the CEO of Quadropack BV, an innovative packaging machine manufacturing company specialised in flexible packaging and innovative new packaging solutions. Also, is a co-owner and Director of a new innovative sports drink, Isotone currently been rolled out globally in soccer, cycling and other sport spaces.
As a serial entrepreneur, André brings a wealth of knowledge and 30 years of experience in business development and start-up of companies.
As an entrepreneur and designer of several successful concepts, Wim brings a wealth of experience from the B to B business. Concepts that have been set up with a B to C function also belong to his portfolio. Wim is an experienced expert in the food business. Expertise in the areas of product development, marketing, sales and network belong to his USPs. "Adding value and creating Wealth" is what Farmforte stands for. This means that Farmforte is not only big in the production of agricultural products but also adds value to get a better price for the product and for the producers.
Wim has gained his experience through international business and various international business training courses.
Wim has been successful in projects in China, South America and Europe in the juice and food concepts as well as in consumer products. Further Wim adds also experience in the setup and start of new production facilities as in his recent projects.
Omoye holds a Bsc in Accounting and an MBA in International Business from Cardiff Metropolitan University Wales. She is an experienced marketer, enjoys networking and loves to travel.
Julia became involved with rural Kenya after working as a business consultant for GE Healthcare Africa in 2013. She has been working in the international development sector since 2010 handling operations and acting as a conflict negotiator for an NGO based in Rio slums. She comes from an advertising background having worked for marketing, design and event planning offices in Brazil.
She holds a Masters degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco, USA. She was based in Frankfurt, Germany until recently working as a Social Business Consultant for Nobel Peace Laureate, Professor Mohammad Yunis at his NGO, Yunus Social Business.
She divides her time working as Executive Director at Tunnel Lab, a Silicon Valley based non profit technology training lab focussed on low and emerging markets and as Social Impact Director at Farmforte where she develops and implement strategies to positively impact the lives of smallholder farmers and communities we work with.
